We want to help people to better their lives and we believe these three things
can help in that direction.
When we organize our world (our homes, our cars, our workspace, our lives) we can better focus and figure out what we need to do.
And when we simplify
(how much we own, and how much we do) it helps us to stay organized
and relives stress.
But to achieve this we need education as to how to accomplish the objective and to
stay motivated by knowing how it benefits us and our environment.
Our Prosses with a Professional Organizer
When people think of hiring a professional organizer, they usually think of a stranger coming into their space, going through all their belongings to find a new aera for items.
We feel it's more motivating for an induvial to keep up with organization by doing the physical part themselves. This way they are learning the prosses and better able to remember where their items are stored.
So, at Neatly Done Life we will set up a series of virtual meetings with you. (All conversations are recorded. Please read Privacy Policy) For your first meeting with a professional organizer, we would like to get to know you and a little more about your project, what your reason is for hiring us and what your end goal is. We also will need to take a virtual tour of the space you would like organized.
Next, we will help you with the motivation to get started and tips of how to make going through your belongings easier and quicker.
While you are going through your items, the professional organizer will be figuring out solutions for your project.
A professional organizer can help with organizing spaces, (kitchens, bathrooms, closets, garages, workshops, offices, kids' rooms and nursery's, etc.) Learning new habits and routines. Finding the right space to store items and the right way to store them so it is easy to retrieve and easy to put back. Which can make a big difference in managing your time in the routines you have.

We will help with

WHOLE HOME ORGANIZING. A professional organizer will help you with motivation to sort and find the right place in your home to store your items in order to make routines run smoothly. And we can design organizational space that work better for you. Included in the package are 5 virtual sessions. 1 hour each.

ONE ROOM ORGANIZING. A professional organizer will help you with motivation to sort and we will design an organized space. Included in the package is 3 virtual sessions. 1 hour each.

WORKSPACE ORGANIZING. Organizing a functional workspace, either in the office or in the home. Included in the package is 4 sessions, half hour each.

SCHEDULE AND LIST MAKING. Decluttering and organizing your schedule. Organizing lists. Included in the package is 2 sessions, 1 hour each.

VEHICLE OR EMERGENCY BAG. Organizing your vehicle or using trusted sources of information to create an emergency to-go bag. Included in this package is 2 sessions, 1 hour each. (With each package is included the unspecified time the organizer puts in designing and shopping for each package. If the project requires purchases, you will need to come up with a budget for us to work with. We can discus more on that in our first meeting.) Each additional virtual hour meeting is $40.00. Also included in the price for each of the five packages, your professional organizer will do 2 follow-up virtual sessions. The first one will occur 2 weeks after the project is finished. With this meeting we want to see how things are going. If the solutions are working for you or if there are any little tweaks, we need to make to get things working better. The seconded follow-up sessions will be 3 months after the project finally to see if any help getting back on track is needed. And to give some positive reinforcement.
